These terms govern your use of the Epic Home Haven website and the general basis on which we provide renovation services. Individual projects are governed by a separate written scope and agreement, which takes precedence if anything here conflicts with it.
Scope of these terms
By browsing this website or contacting us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. Our website is informational; nothing on it constitutes a binding quotation, professional certification or a guarantee of a particular outcome.
Quotations and scope
Any pricing or scope discussed by phone, email or in a consultation is indicative until confirmed in a written proposal. Proposals are based on the information available at the time, including the visible condition of the property. If hidden conditions are discovered — concealed damage, non-compliant work by others, or unexpected structural or moisture issues — we will explain what we found and agree any change with you in writing before proceeding.
Consultations and scheduling
Consultations are arranged by appointment and confirmed by email or phone. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule so the slot can be offered to another household. Access to the property, including parking and safe working space, is the client’s responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Website use
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it, scrape it at scale, or submit false or misleading information through its forms. Content is provided for general information and should not be relied on as technical, legal or financial advice for your specific property.
Intellectual property
The text, design, photography, layout and graphics on this website belong to us or are used with permission. You may share links and short quotations with attribution. You may not reproduce substantial portions, or use our imagery or branding commercially, without written permission. Design concepts and drawings prepared for a project remain our intellectual property until assigned in the project agreement.
Payments and changes
Payment terms, deposits and milestones are set out in your project agreement. Additional work requested after the scope is agreed is handled as a written variation with any effect on cost and timing stated clearly. Late or unpaid balances may pause work; we will always discuss the position with you before taking that step.
Workmanship and warranty
We stand behind the work we complete. Our workmanship warranty and any manufacturer warranties on supplied products are explained in writing before work begins and again at handover. Warranties do not cover normal wear, accidental damage, alterations by others, or failure to follow the maintenance guidance provided at handover.
Liability
We take reasonable care in delivering our services and in maintaining this website. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website, or for delays caused by weather, permit authorities, supplier shortages or other events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

This website may link to third-party sites and we may work with third-party suppliers and trade partners. We are not responsible for the content, policies or performance of third parties, though we choose partners carefully and will always help resolve issues connected to work on your project.
